The Children of the World should feel safe and loved. They should also have education, medical attention, and food. All of these children deserve to know that they can have a choice to make the world a great place. We can help make there world better to. We can give are money and time to help them. We can help give them the food and medical attention they need desperately. They also deserve school books and beds to sleep on. Shouldn't ever child have the right to be happy and play and live there life? Yes they do deserve to have happy childhoods.
The other thing about children that I wanted to talk about is equality for all children that are being bullied or mistreated. There are two suicide cases that I would like to talk about. One of those instances is Leelah Alcorn. This beautiful young girl ended her life on December 28,2014. She could not be who she was because people did not except her as a female. Leelah was born as Joshua Ryan Alcorn on November 15, 1997. She cited loneliness and isolation as key factors on why she wanted to take her life. Her parents did not except and tried to change who she wanted to be. Leelah walked out into oncoming traffic and was killed at 17 years old. The other suicide case I would like to discuss is Ash Haffner. Ash was another teen who committed suicide. She started out her life as a boy but then found that it was not what she wanted. Her mother found her body and held her as the ambulance came and got her. She began to get bullied when she cut her hair short. Her classmates bullied her and it hurt her. She stepped into oncoming traffic and was struck by a car. She is just another tragedy that should not have ever happened.
The other thing is that students and children should not have to fear getting beaten to death. There are two stories I would like to talk about. The first is of Troy Casuey, a Dallas high school student who was beaten to death by two males. Witnesses said that the three boys fought and that Troy was hit in the face. He was taken to the hospital and was killed because of the swelling and bleeding in his brain. He was 18 years old. His organs were donated to let other kids have a life. The other case I would like to talk about here is the case of a young elementary school girl. She was beaten to the point of unconscious during recess. Four of the young girls classmates were involved in the attack. Her name has not been released but she was diagnosed with a mild concussion. There were seventy-five students and five teachers. None of them saw the incident occur. Children need to be supervised and deserve to feel safe.
The tragedy of Sandy Hook is a very personal tragedy for many people. People all across the world are still horrified by what happened. Twenty seven innocent people were killed in this tragedy and two almost lost their lives. Twenty beautiful children were killed in a senseless act of violence. Six adults died trying to protect their students from this monster. This man took the life of his mother and all these other beautiful innocent lives and then himself. This is something that shakes me deeply to the core. I have done whatever I can to help this town in their time of need. I have made a special visit to try and bring what comfort I can to this broken town. The one thing that hurts the most is that these children all had bright futures ahead that were cut short.

If you want my thoughts on this issue here it is: Equality is necessary for the world to thrive and for people to feel safe so stop bullying and start loving. The one thing people need to understand is that everybody has the right to be themselves and that bullying can have deadly consequences. Let people live as they want. Stop trying to hurt people by ripping into there weight, hair, clothes, or sexual choice it is not fair that people are afraid to be who they are. Stop with the bullying and stop hurting others. No one should ever have to go through this, losing a child, sibling, friend to the violence of the world and of others. Children should not be beaten to death or driven to suicide. These children are the future of our world and the world needs to change to an accepting safe place for all. For all the parents out there who are scared of letting their children spread their wings and fly, or make their own choices on who they want to be, people know what their meant to be. You can't stop a child from being who they are going to be. Please think about what you say and do cause you never know who you could hurt.
